A New You believes that beauty is not outward, but inwards. Beauty should inspire action and not just to be acted onto. Through the pageant, we want not only to give an opportunity for married and unmarried ladies to showcase their beauty, skills and talents, but to bring out the personality that encompasses the self and soul.
We intend to inspire the contestants to walk for a social cause. A soul that is motivated, confident and purposeful can inspire millions for causes beyond the reach of a commoner, an act of beauty by itself. Any action that helps the society to flourish, to grow, to sustain with dignity is above all justifactions. With this ideology, Miss & Mrs Persona of India 2021 saw its first light on 16th Dec, 21 at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata. The event was a grand success with many innovative ideas and initiatives.

Audition, Crown Unveiling, and Grand Finale.
Crown Unveilied and Media Launching in presence of Actor Joy Sengupta, Singer & Actress Jojo Mukherjee, actress Malabika Banerjee etc on 6th October 21.
A three day all-inclusive Beauty Pageant ( with stay and food, grooming, mentorship, self-defence, ramp-walk,makeover, professional portfolio shoot, media coverage) from 16th Dec- 18th Dec, 21.
- Gold prize for winners, cash prize for runners-up.
- 72 yrs old lady becomes Winner for 35+ yrs category.
- An economically weaker contestant was given a free entry for entire 3 days. ( This will continue for every year).
- Designer dress, Pageant theme music and song.
- Makeover by Lakme Academy, Saltlake, Kolkata.
- Eminent Persona Award Ceremony for all honorable guest.
